Instructions |

Cook pasta.
|

Pour water and milk into a small saucepan, bring to boil on medium-heat heat.

add cheeze whiz to hot macaroni and stir untill all the cheeze whiz is melted.

mix together tomatoes, macaroni, and garlic.
